Mark is joyfully dedicated to human health, both physical and mental. As a Certified Personal Trainer, he provides humane, gentle, and supportive coaching to individuals in exercise prescription, basic nutritional guidance, and movement habilitation.
Formerly a successful yoga teacher, Mark recently transitioned into fitness thanks to guidance from the Brookbush Institute of Human Movement Science. He owes a debt of gratitude to such mentors as Dr. Brent Brookbush, Brittany Gordon, Michael Dynie, Mark Laham, Dr. Christin Ray, Eric Garris, and Dr. Anita Woolfolk Hoy. |
